“I called for services to replace a bathtub faucet. He was very friendly and willing to come in the same day. He advised me of the $89.99 estimate fee but also told me if I’d hired him to do the job, that would be deducted from the total cost. He was very honest and of course he did the job and I must add, he did great job. I can see how it is hard to pay for estimate, but he took the time to come all the way to my home to check what it was wrong with my faucet and it seems fair that if I just wasted his time then to pay him for coming. If you ARE serious about hiring this company’s services, then you should not have any issues with the estimate’s fee. It is all reimbursable once you hire them. I highly recommend them. Trust worthy, conscious and honest.”
